A couple of emails ago, I shared a recipe of double chocolate chip cookies. Well, I froze some to see how they would taste, and it was delicious. I made a double batch yesterday so that I can freeze some of it and have them another time.
If you looked online, you would see several different recipes to make plant-based bacon using different types of ingredients. I came across this recipe for soy curl bacon and a vegan blt wrap. It was very good, and my husband asked me to make the soy curl bacon again.

The soy curl bacon tasted great in the wrap and would be very tasty in a tofu scramble, salad, or just to munch on.
