Hi! How are you all doing? I hope you are all doing well. Did you try the chili? It’s a pretty basic recipe, but there are a variety of things you can add to it.
This recipe for the red lentil curry, I have shared before, but I think it’s worth sharing again. You can get many of the ingredients ready ahead of time to have on hand and just dump it in the instant pot. Within a half hour or so you can have a delicious meal to serve over rice or with naan. It’s only 5 minutes in the instant pot when it comes up to pressure.
