Hi! How are you all doing? I hope you are all well. I can’t believe Thanksgiving will be here in a couple of days. I’m sorry I didn’t get out more Thanksgiving recipes sooner, but the time got a way from me.
I will be making a sweet potato dish and salad for Thanksgiving. We are going to our son’s and will be bringing some food that we can eat. Our friends will be going also and she is bringing a sweet potato lasagna. I can’t wait to try it. I will also be bringing an appetizer and maybe a dessert. It does get a little tricky when you are traveling and need to bring some dishes.

There are many websites that have plant-based Thanksgiving ideas, too numerous to list. There is one blog that I have been looking at lately and she has plant-based recipes and also recipes for Thanksgiving. Many of her recipes are oil free or can be made oil free.
