As we start the new year, I thought I would share a recipe that I made for New Year’s Eve, that even my non vegan friends really enjoyed.

It’s a great recipe and you can change it up a bit, using what beans and bell peppers you have on hand.
I did use another “cheese sauce”. This is one recipe that I use quite frequently.
