Hi! How are you all doing? I hope you are all doing well. Have you tried making the mayo? There are many different plant-based mayos out there, but I like the fact that you can make your own and make it oil free. I do not use oil and when I can find a condiment recipe that’s oil-free, that’s great. I also do not use added sweetener in my condiment recipes.

I did not add sugar to this recipe. Tartar sauce may be something that you don’t use all of the time, but it’s nice to have a recipe available that you can make your own.
