In the next few emails, I would like to share some plant-based condiment recipes. When you make your own, you know exactly what goes in it. It really isn’t that difficult to make once you find a recipe that you like.
I’ve been searching for a plant-based oil-free mayo recipe that I can make, and I finally found one that I think is pretty good and will make it again.

I do adjust the recipe to my family’s taste. We are not big on sweet condiments in ketchup, mayo, etc. so I usually do not add the sweetener in the recipe.
