Last month, actually November, I was on a seitan making kick. I made some for Thanksgiving and had leftovers. I froze it for future use and have made several meals with it.
My husband really likes Salisbury steak. I made some with the seitan I had, including leftover mushroom gravy that I froze. He thought it tasted great. I still had some leftover seitan loaf, but no gravy.
I found several gravies online, but this one is quick to make, and you probably have most ingredients on hand.

It tasted great and was easy to make. I didn’t have any mushrooms, so this gravy came in handy for the “Salisbury steak” and mashed potatoes we had with dinner.
