Hi! How are you all doing? I hope you are all doing well. Did any of you make the vegan crunch wrap supreme? It is a bit time consuming, but I think it tastes great, especially when you make it oil free.
Have you ever bought Molinaro’s organic pizza starter kit from Costco? The first time I saw it, I thought great, a quick way to make your own pizza, and most of the ingredients are pretty good.
When we first started eating whole foods plant-based, we continued to eat pizza. When we would order it out, we would get one with all the veggies and no cheese. It tasted pretty good, especially if I didn’t have the time or ingredients to make my own. We did find out that one restaurant adds parmesan cheese to their sauce, which we found out before we ordered it.
The pizza kit from Costco contains 4 stone baked pizza crust and comes with 4 packets of tomato sauce, all for $9.99. Such a deal! When I make our pizza, I cut up assorted veggies, and lightly sauté them (without oil). I also make vegan parmesan cheese and vegan mozzarella. If I don’t have time to make the parmesan or mozzarella, I will make the pizza with sauce and the veggies. It still tastes great.
According to the Yuka app, it is rated excellent. It does have some protein, some fiber, is low sugar, no saturated fat, and no risky additives.

If you have a Costco to shop at, check out and see if they have this pizza starter kit. Let us know if you made it and what are your favorite toppings.
