Here is a recipe for healthy granola that I have been using for a number of years:

Aquafaba is chickpea brine. You can freeze the aquafaba in ice cube trays and use as needed. 1 ice cube is equal to 1 tablespoon and there are 4 tablespoons in 1/4 cup.
I did not add coconut sugar or maple syrup to the recipe.
This granola is great as is, mixed with puffed rice cereal, or mixed in with yogurt and fruit.
