Hi! How are you all doing? I hope you are all doing well. Have you ever eaten and/or made seitan? I don’t think I have ever eaten it and have never made it. I saw this recipe from the Wicked Kitchen, and I thought I would give it a try. It tasted great on a sandwich and also, I made the leftovers into fajitas. I even had enough left over to freeze. I will let you know at a later time how it tasted after being frozen.
Here is the recipe for the “brisket” and also their BBQ sauce:

If you have trouble seeing the recipe, go to YouTube and find the video and it will list the ingredients.
I have found another recipe using seitan that I am going to try soon. If it’s a winner, I will make it for Thanksgiving.
Do you have a favorite seitan recipe?
