Hi! How are you all doing? I hope you are all doing well. Have you ever heard of or tried Dr. Greger’s BROL. BROL stands for barley groats, rye berries, oat groats, and black beluga lentils.
Basic BROL can be used in all kinds of savory or sweet dishes. It packs a lot of prebiotic nutrition.

You can use this instead of your regular oatmeal or instead of rice. We are having a savory dish tonight and will be having it over the BROL. Another day we will have it for breakfast.
Dr. Greger has a breakfast BROL recipe.

I had to buy the different grains online. I’ll have enough for a couple of months. Dr. Greger says it freezes well.
Let us know if you tried it.
