Hi! How are you all doing? I hope you are all well. I hope you found the DIY mixes helpful. In this email I would like to share some YouTube channels I watch. I haven’t subscribed to all of them but I do check them out every once in a while.
If you like seeing cooking demos and beautiful presentations check out the avantgardevegan. Vegan chef Gaz Oakley shares some great recipes. He does use oil in his recipes, I’m trying find other ways/ingredients to use instead of oil. Just recently I watched one of his shows that showed some quick pasta sauces to make.
Another YouTuber is Tami from Nutmeg Notebook. She has been plant-based for a number of years and has a variety of cooking demos and tips. She is also big on batch cooking and has some useful videos for that. Her videos tend to be a bit long.
Simnett Nutrition is another YouTuber I watch on occasion. He doesn’t use oil in his cooking and has some tasty recipes. He also has some vegan hacks.
Krocks in the Kitchen is another YouTube channel that I’ve watched. It is a couple who lost over 300lbs. on a plant-based diet. They have some useful tips and recipes. I believe they are taking a break but you can still check out their older videos.
The following YouTube channel I recently came across that seems to have interesting content. I started watching one that they did on a couple in their 80’s who eat a whole food plant-based diet and how it’s helped them overcome some of their illnesses. It’s called the Whole Food Plant-Based Cooking Show.
I’m sorry I don’t have links to them but if you go to YouTube and type in the name, the videos should pop up.
Do you have any YouTube channels that you watch or subscribe to?
